Vicious Circles Wins USA Ultimate D-III College Championship

Wesleyan’s Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team Vicious Circles won the 2025 USA Ultimate D-III College Championship on May 19. The team “paired pristine offensive motion with stifling defensive intensity to jump out to a 5-1 lead in the national final that proved too overwhelming for Haverford/Bryn Mawr to surmount,” wrote Theresa Diffendal in UltiWorld. “Wesleyan’s poise and control in the moment…sets up a potential new dynasty, as many of Wesleyan’s biggest contributors like Brown and Noble are still underclassman. This may be the Vicious Circles’ first title, but it almost assuredly won’t be their last.”
