Sofia Warren
Visiting Professor
Sofia Warren has been a contributing cartoonist at The New Yorker since 2017. Her work has appeared in MoMA Magazine, Catapult, L'Uomo Vogue, Narrative Magazine, and the anthologies Send Help! and Notes from the Bathroom Line. Her debut book, Radical: My Year with a Socialist Senator, was a finalist for the 2023 Excellence in Graphic Literature award by Pop Culture Classroom, an honorable mention for the Publisher's Weekly graphic novel critic's poll, and was named one of the best graphic novels of 2022 by Forbes and Comic Book Herald. Sofia was born in Rhode Island and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
