Wesleyan University offers the opportunity to take undergraduate courses on a non-degree basis as a Community Scholar during the fall and spring semesters.
Community Scholars live within a commuting distance from the University and take courses on a per-credit, non-degree basis. Individuals accepted for this category may enroll in up to four courses per semester with the instructor's approval as long as their enrollment does not displace a degree-seeking student. Students wishing to participate as Community Scholars for more than one term should write to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss continuation.
Residential Scholars reside on campus and enroll in a full-time course load on a non-degree basis. This option is limited to fall and spring, and is dependent upon the availability of housing.
Please Note: All application materials for international students must be received by the Continuing Studies office no later than 10 weeks before the first day of class.
