In support of the University’s academic mission, Student Services and
Campus Programs have primary responsibility for the coordination of services
and programs relating to students’ co-curricular experience. Student
Services and Campus Programs are comprised of the Office of Residential Life, WesWELL,
the Office of Health Education and the Office of Health Services, the Office
of Community Service and Volunteerism, the Usdan University Center, the
Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development, the University
Chaplains, and the Office of International Student Services.
Working closely with administrative staff from these areas, the dean of
student services, the assistant dean of
student services, and the dean of campus programs are responsible for
providing a variety of programs, experiences, services and leadership
opportunities that support and complement students’ academic experience. This
office also advises the Student Judicial Board; you may want to consult with the deans
on matters related to the student judicial system. The dean and assistant dean of student services
are also a resource for students who are unsure about how to resolve an issue or
problem.
We encourage you to explore your interests both inside and outside the classroom and to involve yourself
in the many dimensions of student life at Wesleyan. Your active
participation in the many campus activities, organizations, and other
leadership opportunities will enhance your living and learning experiences.
