My research interests are geometric group theory and descriptive set theory. I am particularly interested in their applications to the study of amenable groups, branch groups, profinite groups, locally compact groups, and Polish groups.

I completed my PhD under Christian Rosendal at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2014. I was previously a Riley Visiting Assistant Professor at Binghamton University and a postdoctoral researcher at the Université catholique de Louvain.
