Spring 2018 Program for Students from Puerto Rico
In an effort to help some of the students displaced by the recent hurricanes, Wesleyan University is offering a free semester of study to students enrolled at the University of Puerto Rico for the spring 2018 semester. Students enrolled at other affected institutions may be eligible, as well, and should contact Wesleyan at gueststudent@wesleyan.edu or call 860-685-2005 for more information.
Tuition
Students in this program will pay their normal tuition to their home institution, and will receive free tuition for the spring 2018 semester at Wesleyan. If the home institution is not yet able to accept payment, please indicate that at the time of application.
Room and Board
Room and board will be provided by Wesleyan University for the spring 2018 semester at no cost to students enrolled in a full-time course load.
The Application period is now closed.
Applicants will be notified by or before December 15, 2017.
Admitted Students
Admitted students will need to submit proof of immunizations. Please use this Immunization Form if possible. Enrollment in classes will take place on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, and classes will begin on Thursday, January 25, 2018. Travel to and from Wesleyan and books are not covered by this program.

Programa para Estudiantes de Puerto Rico, Primavera 2018
Con un esfuerzo por ayudar a estudiantes desplazados por los huracanes recientes, la Universidad de Wesleyan ofrece un semestre de estudio a estudiantes inscritos en la Universidad de Puerto Rico para el semestre de Primavera 2018. Estudiantes inscritos en otras instituciones afectadas también pueden ser elegibles y deben ponerse en contacto a través del sitio: gueststudent@wesleyan.edu o deben llamar al teléfono: 860-685-2005 para mayor información.
El período de solicitudes ya está cerrado. Los solicitantes recibirán notificación antes o más tardar el 15 de Diciembre, 2017.
La Matrícula
Los estudiantes inscritos en este programa pagarán su matrícula normal a su institución, y recibirán la matrícula gratuita para la Primavera 2018 en la U. de Wesleyan. Si su institución todavía no es capaz de recibir pagos de matrícula, hagan favor de indicarlo en el momento de inscribirse.
El Hospedaje y la Alimentación
Estos dos servicios serán ofrecidos gratuitamente por la U. de Wesleyan durante el semestre de la primavera 2018 a los estudiantes que se inscriban con una carga de cursos de tiempo completo.
Los estudiantes que hayan sido admitidos
También tendrán que mandar sus comprobantes de vacunas. Por favor, use la Forma de Vacunas, si es posible. La inscripción en sus clases tendrá lugar el miércoles 24 de enero del 2018, y las clases comenzarán el jueves 26 de enero del 2018. Este programa no cubre ningún gasto de transportación entre países, ni tampoco los libros de texto.
