About The Era Footwork Crew
The Era Footwork Crew is a Chicago-based collective of dancers, choreographers, filmmakers, and educators dedicated to preserving and advancing the city’s pioneering footwork culture. Through performances, films, community-centered workshops, and their nonprofit Open the Circle, the collective uses dance as a vehicle for social change and youth empowerment.
