Talk by Seth Berkman—Sports in East Asia in the 21st Century: A Global Phenomenon

Seth Berkman is a journalist based in New York. Since 2012, he has been a regular contributor to The New York Times Sports section, while also occasionally covering business and investigative news. His book A Team of Their Own: How an International Sisterhood Made Olympic History was published in 2019. The book tells the story of the Unified Korean women's hockey team from the 2018 PyeongChang Games.

This event is held in conjunction with the exhibition Karen Xu: Massive Power Ball, on display from Wednesday, September 21 through Friday, December 9, 2022. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday from Noon to 4pm. The gallery will also be open on Saturday, November 5 and Sunday, November 6, 2022 from Noon to 4pm for Wesleyan’s Homecoming and Family Weekend.
