Frank Center for Public Affairs, 238 Church Street, Middletown, Connecticut
Free and open to the public.
Join a guided tour of highlights from the University’s Public Art Collection, led by Center for the Arts public art interns Vansh Kapoor ’26 and Irene Tatsi ’26. Coffee and donuts will be available to take along with you as you partake in a 45-minute walkthrough of the Collection installed throughout the Frank Center for Public Affairs, starting in the lobby. This program gives visitors the opportunity to explore and learn about the works of art that enliven the shared spaces at the University.Installed throughout the University campus’ buildings, Wesleyan’s Public Art Collection, stewarded by the Center for the Arts, serves both as a teaching tool and an enrichment of public spaces, demonstrating that art on campus expands beyond the walls of the CFA. The Collection includes examples of a range of contemporary artistic practices including sculpture, painting, works on paper, and new media. Explore this collection in person, through the Bloomberg Connects digital guide, or by participating in a group student-led guided tour of the Collection. Private tours are also available on request.
