Opening Reception: 45th annual Middletown Public Schools Art Exhibition

View a wide variety of visual art from children in kindergarten through twelfth grade at the 45th annual Middletown Public Schools Art Exhibition. The first Middletown Public Schools Art Exhibition was held in the gallery in 1982. Sponsored by the Middletown Board of Education, Middletown Public Schools Cultural Council, and Wesleyan University’s Center for the Arts.

Exhibition Hours:
Saturday March 7, 2026 from 4pm to 7pm
Sunday, March 8, 2026 from Noon to 5pm
Monday, March 9 through Friday, March 13, 2026 from 3pm to 6pm
Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, 2026 from Noon to 5pm

Admission is free, and everyone is welcome. We encourage you to RSVP to help us with our planning and to get a reminder the day before this event. While RSVPs are not required for entry, they are a big help! While you're on campus, feel free to talk with our gallery assistants about the exhibitions and other upcoming special programs, like our student-led tours.
