Ayers/Saint/Gross has been providing architectural and planning services since its founding in 1918.Today, ASG is a seventy-five person firm, with over 85 years in practice, specializing in the planning and design of college and university buildings and grounds.  The firm is organized into four studios, Campus Planning, Academic Buildings, Student Life Facilities, and Town Planning - each focusing on specific areas of a college or university. Each studio assists the others in understanding the multiple issues involved in their area of expertise. The professional staff includes architects, landscape architects, urban planners, interior designers, graphic designers, and computer specialists.

 Adam Gross has more than 23 years of experience in the architectural planning and design of various facility and building types. In addition to his hands-on experience, he has written and lectured extensively on campus design and planning. He is currently designing or has recently completed campus master plans for University of Notre Dame, Johns Hopkins University, Emory University, Carnegie Mellon University, Case Western Reserve University, University of Virginia, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Georgia, University of Arizona, University of Rhode Island, University of Maryland, Eckerd College, Simpson College and Hobart & William Smith Colleges.
