Welcome to Wesleyan Facilities


Wesleyan Facilities encompasses two departments Facilities Operations and Construction Services.



Construction Services is comprised of Campus Planning and Capital Construction and is managed by Alan Rubacha, Assistant Vice President, Construction and Infrastructure.


Facilities Operations is comprised of Environment Health and Safety, Facilities Business Management, Facilities Maintenance, Fire and Safety, Lock Shop and Physical Security, Sustainability and Energy Management as well as Real Estate/Property Management and is managed by Luigi Marcone, Assistant Vice President for Facilities Operations.
