Our team responsibilities encompass the entire Wesleyan Community, of approximately 2.8 million gross square feet and grounds. It includes new construction, major and minor maintenance and renovations of existing buildings, design and space planning, budget estimating and full project administration.

Campus Planning Principles
In December 2014, Wesleyan hired the team of Sasaki Associates and Eastley+Partners to develop a framework to guide campus development over the next 10-15 years.

Major Maintenance
Major maintenance funding is available to up-grade and maintain all buildings at current, competitive standards. These projects should extend the life of whatever is being corrected for the cycle of life designated for the building (typically 10 years).
