RJ Julia and Wesleyan Bookstore on Main Street

Wesleyan University relocated the bookstore from 45 Broad Street to 413 Main Street. In the words of Roxanne J. Coady owner of R.J. Julia, “the mission of Wesleyan’s bookstore is to offer a place where words matter, where writer meets reader, where the ambiance and selection and merchandising of books creates an atmosphere that is welcoming and presents the opportunity for discovery.” The new location enhances first-impressions for prospective students, parents, and visitors.  The new bookstore enriches and nurtures relationships between faculty, alumni, and students.  It is a valuable resource not only to Wesleyan but to Middletown and the surrounding area.
