New Student Orientation

Welcome to Orientation!

New Student Orientation (NSO) is a comprehensive introduction to Wesleyan University. NSO will help you begin your exploration of the range of academic and co-curricular opportunities available at Wesleyan. Orientation is required for all first-year and new transfer students in order to be fully enrolled into the University.

NSO is organized and facilitated by the Office of Student Involvement.

The Orientation schedule will be accessible in early August via WesNest ( - our student engagement website and resource for all students to enrich their involvement experience at Wesleyan. On the WesNest website, there are tools available where you can find events on campus, track your involvement in organizations, search for clubs and organizations, match your interests with existing organizations, or start a new group! Simply log in using your Wesleyan credentials.
