Graduation Tasks
I. Diploma Name
To ensure your name is spelled correctly on your diploma, confirm or update and then confirm your diploma name. The diploma name will appear on your diploma, the commencement program, and on your lineup card which is read during the commencement ceremony.
If your name contains special characters or accents, confirm the spelling of your name without the characters or accents. After you confirm the spelling of your name, fill out the Special Character Diploma Name Confirmation Form and submit it to the Registrar’s Office (North College 1st floor).
The deadline to update your diploma name for Commencement 2026 will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.

II. Graduation Regalia (Caps and Gowns)
TO PURCHASE:
Undergraduate students can purchase cap and gown regalia via credit card from the Oak Hall website starting TBD. Orders must be must be submitted by TBD. Undergraduates should choose the Bachelor package.
