If your department has a need for local or regional transportation, call Transportation Services  from 9 am to 4:30 pm weekdays for fast courteous and reliable service.

Wesleyan’s  Transportation Department offers a free weekly grocery shuttle to 2 Middletown grocery stores. Over the summer, the shuttle runs on Wednesday, from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., leaving from the Usdan University Center to Aldi and Price Chopper and returns.

All shuttles leave Wesleyan from the front of Usdan University Center.  Reservations must be made in advance through the Usdan University Center Box Office on line or in person.   Payment is due upon reservation and can be made cash, student charge or credit card.  No refunds.

Bradley Airport Shuttle Schedule

  • Departing Wesleyan:
    Tue. Nov. 25: 7:30am, 11:30am, 4:30pm
    Wed. Nov. 26: 7:30am, 11:30am

  • Departing Bradley:
    Sun. Nov. 30: 2:00pm, 7:00pm

  • Cost is $30.00 one way, $60.00 round trip.
  • Return pick up location: OUTSIDE the Baggage Claim area at the lower/ground level, DOOR 6 on the center island.

The New Haven Train Station Shuttle Schedule

  • Departing Wesleyan (from the front of Usdan Center)
    Tue. Nov. 25: 11am, 5:45pm
    Wed. Nov. 26: 10am

  • Departing New Haven (from in front of the Train Station)
    Sun. Nov. 30: 11am, 5pm

  • Cost is $30.00 one way, $60.00 round trip.

New York Bus Service to Grand Central and Penn Stations

Reservations Deadline: Friday, November 14th

  • Departing Wesleyan
    Tue. Nov. 25: 5pm

  • Departing NYC
    Sun. Nov. 30: 3pm

  • Cost is $45 one way, $90 round trip.
  • New York City drop locations: Grand Central Station and Penn Station
