Connect Students to Course Materials

Wesleyan offers three ways to get course materials into your students' hands. Here's a quick overview — for complete details, see the Course Materials Guide.

    RJ Julia (Wesleyan Bookstore)

RJ Julia carries new and used textbooks, older editions, and e-books, available in-store, online, and through Moodle. To keep costs down for students on financial aid, always order through the bookstore rather than directly with a publisher — and submit as early as possible. Library Course Reserve System

Leganto, Wesleyan's course reserve system, lets you make books, articles, audio, and video available to students for free through Moodle or the library. Upload your syllabus and the library will track down the materials — or build your list manually. If you're assigning streaming video, submit early; licensing takes time. Course Packs (Print Shop)

The Course Pack app (login required) lets you offer curated readings as printed or digital packets. You can upload new materials or reuse a previous course pack. Free copies are available for instructors and TAs. Contact: Jen Platt (jplatt@wesleyan.edu) or Erik Quimby (equimby@wesleyan.edu)
