Reunion Accommodations

Dorm Rooms: UPDATE ON APRIL 11. We have reached capacity for on-campus housing.  On the chance that there are cancellations, we are taking names for a waitlist.  Names will be added to the list in the order they are received.  We anticipate being able to offer 5-10 beds ultimately, but this is not a guarantee and we will not know until just before the weekend begins. If you'd like to add your name to the waiting list, please email our student campus housing leads, Frederic Wills ’19, fwills@wesleyan.edu or Jake Kwang ’20, ykwang@wesleyan.edu with your name, class year, and the number of beds you will need.  You will be contacted if space becomes available.  In the meantime, we recommend that you reserve a hotel room or make other accommodation arrangements.  A list of hotels is available at http://www.wesleyan.edu/about/visitors/lodging.html.

A limited number of on-campus residence hall rooms will be available to reunion alumni only on a first-come, first-served basis beginning when Reunion registration opens in mid-March and often sell out before registration closes.  Most rooms are doubles (with some triples), and there are shared bathrooms in each hall.  We recommend that you reserve one bed per adult.  If you are requesting to room alone, without a roommate, you must purchase two beds. An additional refundable room/key deposit of $50 will be required upon key and assignment pick-up during on-site registration.

Hotels: Special rates have been arranged at the following hotels for alumni attending their Reunion.  When calling any of these hotels, please ask for a room in the “Wesleyan Reunion” block. Please note that this information is subject-to-change.  We advise all alumni to make sure that you understand the hotel’s cancellation policy before confirming your room.  Wesleyan cannot be held responsible for non-refundable room cancellations.

A full list of area hotels is available on Wesleyan's local accommodations page.
