The Student Accounts Office is primarily responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges that students incur while attending Wesleyan. The University Cashier, which processes deposits, the Student Loan Office, which maintains institutional based loan and repayment records, and WesCard, the ID system for dining, etc. are also part of Student Accounts. The Student Accounts Office is located on the 1st Floor of North College.
At the request of students Wesleyan implemented a new and enchanced student account management system through Tuition Management Systems (TMS) in the spring of 2014. Student Account Center activities occur in real-time, including enrollment in the monthly payment plan. Students log in through the student portfolio and authorized guests log in at wesleyan.afford.com. Please note: Authorized guest status does not transfer from the old QuikPay system. Students must re-register their guests. Information about the new Student Account Center was listed on the QuikPay website and mailings to the permanent address on file occurred in May (postcard from TMS) , June (letter from TMS) and July (Parent Programs packet).
