Student Accounts

The Student Accounts Office is primarily responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges that students incur while attending Wesleyan. The University Cashier, which processes deposits, the Student Loan Office, which maintains institutional based loan and repayment records, and WesCard, the ID system for dining, etc. are also part of Student Accounts. The Student Accounts Office is located on the 1st Floor of North College.

Coming May, 2014: At the request of students Wesleyan will be implementing a new and enchanced student account management system through Tuition Management Systems (TMS).  Click here for a sneak peek.
