Welcome to Wesleyan University. Whether you are a new student, faculty or staff your WesCard is your passport to life at Wesleyan University!

The WesCard Office is located on the first floor of North College, the University's main administration building, located on College Row. The WesCard Office is responsible for producing and distributing the University identification card (The WesCard) for all students, faculty and staff on campus as well as proximity card access, meal plans through the BlackBoard Transaction System and the Middletown Cash Program.

24 hours a day 7 days a week, the WesCard website https://onecard.wesleyan.edu has the ability to satisfy all your WesCard campus needs. You can deactivate a lost WesCard, deposit money onto your card (via credit card only), check your balance, get a transaction history of your card, find locations where you can use your WesCard and get information about the two accounts on your WesCard, Middletown Cash and your meal plan points listed under meal plan point on My Accounts Page under Account Summary .

THE MEAL PLAN SELECTION MODULE IS BACK IN YOUR E-PORTFOLIO AS OF 12/9/11 TO CHANGE YOUR MEAL PLAN FOR SPRING SEMESTER. YOU HAVE UNTIL 2/8/12 TO CHANGE YOUR MEAL PLAN.

Meal Plan Start Date

The first day to use meals and declining balance points for fall semester is September 1, 2011 and for the spring semester it is January 24, 2012.

Meal Plan Change Dates

The fall semester meal plan can be changed from 9/5/11 - 9/16/11 and the spring semester from 12/9/11 - 2/8/12 only.

Meal Plan Expiration Dates

Meals are for semester use only. First semester meals expire on December 18, 2011 and spring semester meals on May 19, 2012. Unused declining balance points at the end of fall semester will roll over for spring semester usage on top of the spring semester points. The last day to use all meals and points is 5/19/12 for the academic year. Unused meals and declining balance points are not refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year.

Additional Meal Plan Points - Last Day to Add

The last day to add additional meal plan points and have them billed to the student account is Wednesday, May 9, 2012.
