Anonymous Food Pantry

The Anonymous Food Pantry, sponsored by the Department of Auxiliary Services, provides emergency groceries to eligible students during break periods when campus dining options are closed or limited.

Eligibility & Access

  • Eligibility: Available to students who are determined eligible by Financial Aid, live on campus, and have not received a dining program waiver.

  • How to Access: Log into WesPortal > WesSupport > Food Pantry ServiceNow. If the Food Pantry option is not visible under ServiceNow, you do not have access to the program.

  • Usage Limits: Eligible students may access this service once per break period and up to a maximum of four times per academic year.

How It Works

  • Ordering: Requests are submitted online during specific ordering windows for each break period. You may select up to 8 items per request.

  • Delivery & Pick-up: Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday) and shipped as a package to WesStation.

    • You will receive a notification from the mailroom when your package is ready.

    • Pick-up must occur within 48 hours of notification, or the package will be returned to the pantry.

  • Privacy Note: While named the "Anonymous" Food Pantry, program administrators will have access to your name and WesID in order to process and mail your order.

Break Schedules & Deadlines

Orders must be received during the posted windows to ensure processing and delivery prior to campus closures.

All packages must be picked up at WesStation by Dec 23 at 12:00 PM. Administrative Offices & WesStation are closed Dec 24, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027.



Note: Students approved to stay on campus during Winter Break receive a free winter meal plan starting when campus dining resumes.
Spring Break N/A No Service Available Usdan Marketplace and WesShop remain open throughout the entire break period.
Senior Week May 2027 Dates posted in May Details will be sent directly to students approved to remain on campus.

Available Grocery Items

All items are shelf-stable and most can be prepared in a microwave with minimal effort. You may choose up to 8 items per request:

  • Applesauce Cups (2-pack = 1 item)

  • BelVita Biscuits

  • Cereal Cups (2-pack = 1 item)

  • Chunk Chicken Packet

  • Chicken Corn Chowder

  • Chicken Noodle Soup

  • Fruit Cups (2-pack = 1 item)

  • Horizon Organic Low-Fat Milk (2-pack = 1 item)

  • Macaroni & Cheese Cups (2-pack = 1 item)

  • Marinara Sauce

  • Mashed Potato Cup

  • Box of Pasta (Spaghetti, elbows, rotini, etc.)

  • Peanut Butter (2 packets + crackers)

  • Ramen

  • Ready-to-Serve Vegetable Cups (2-pack = 1 item)

Inventory Guidelines

  • Substitutions: If a requested item is out of stock, a substitution will be provided. Alternate item or specific brand requests are not accepted.

  • Dietary Restrictions: The pantry carries shelf-stable items only and does not carry specialty products (such as gluten-free). Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
