Any students coming to the health center with respiratory symptoms such as cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fever are required to wear a mask.

Access to Student Health Portal (electronic medical records)- upload medical forms, check on status of appointments, print out receipts for services rendered and send and receive secure messages from Health Center providers and staff.  Students also have the ability to view and print visit summaries and progress notes.  Use your Wesleyan email credentials to log in here.

Need help figuring out if you need an appointment at the Health Center?  Call and ask to speak with a nurse at 860-685-2470.

Visits to the Health Center are free; however, limited, incidental charges for in-house testing (i.e. rapid mono/strep/flu, Rx and over-the- counter medication) will be charged to the student account for students with private insurance (we also accept cash or check).  Students may print a walkout statement to file to insurance by logging in to the medical electronic portal. Routine laboratory testing sent to Quest is billed directly from the vendor to insurance plans. However, a $10.00 lab processing fee is charged via Student Accounts for both private and school insurance plans.

Students with the university-sponsored insurance will be covered at 100% for in-house testing, labs and Rx meds when treated by a DHC provider, however, a $10 internal lab processing fee will be charged to the student account for labs being sent out to Quest.  Over-the-counter products will also be charged to the student account (we also accept cash or check).
