You Have 2 Options For Getting Your Prescriptions Delivered to the Davison Health Center.

1. If you have a refridgerated mail order prescription that you need to have delivered to the Health Center during the academic year, you must coordinate delivery with your insurance company and external healthcare provider. Then, review and complete the Medication Delivery Waiver and upload to the Medicat Student Health portal.  We will not accept or sign for mail order prescriptions unless a completed waiver is on file.
