TUITION AND AID

Tuition

Tuition for Winter Session January 2027 is $4,745 per credit. Winter Session courses may not be audited; they must be taken for credit.

Payments

Once we have received both the registration request and advisor approval, students will be notified of the balance due. Payment should be made within 2 business days from the date the notice is emailed to secure a place in the class.

Enrollment will not be finalized until payment is received. Please note that if payment is not received or the balance is not settled within this timeframe, the student’s registration may be cancelled. To make a payment, please visit Student Finances and then View Activity & Make a payment in “Workday”.

Students should also ensure that any account balances over $500 are cleared before enrollment can be completed.

Financial aid, 529 college savings plans, VA benefits and student loans (confirmed by the financial aid office) will be considered payment (or partial payment). If you plan to use any of the payment methods listed above, please select the appropriate option on your registration request form.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please email glsbursar@wesleyan.edu—we are happy to help.
