Spring 2024 OISA ADVISING SERVICES & OFFICE HOURS
The Office of International Student Affairs (OISA) staff work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. For the Spring 2024 Semester, we are offering in-person and virtual drop-in advising hours January 25th – May 31st on the following days and times:
- Mondays, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST: IN-PERSON AT OISA (Fisk 105)
- Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EST: IN-PERSON AT OISA (Fisk 105)
- Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. EST (VIRTUAL): https://wesleyan.zoom.us/j/94018614293
- Thursdays, 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST: IN-PERSON AT OISA (Fisk 105)
- Fridays: IN-PERSON/VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS BY REQUEST
Appointments
If you are unable to attend drop-in advising hours and need to request an appointment with an OISA staff member, please send an email to oisa@wesleyan.edu with your first and last name as listed on your passport, your WesID (if applicable), the details of your question(s)/concern(s), your availability between 10am and 12pm and/or 2pm and 4pm EST on Friday, and preference for an in-person or virtual advising consultation. Please make your appointment request at least 24 hours in advance of your desired consultation time.
*If you need to arrange an advising consultation with an OISA staff member during winter break, please follow the guidance above to request an appointment.
Designated Holidays
OISA and many other Wesleyan offices will be closed on the following dates, which are designated holidays for employees of the University:
- Monday, January 15: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Monday, May 27: Memorial Day
- Wednesday, June 19: Juneteenth
- Thursday, July 4: Independence Day
- Monday, September 2: Labor Day
