Appointments

Students can make an appointment with a WSA Office Administrator to make purchases using the department’s credit card. Credit Card Appointments must be scheduled in addition to submitting a Purchase Request on WesNest. These meetings can include credit card transactions, hotel bookings, or other special requests. Appointment slots are normally held two days a week during normal business hours and begin after the end of drop/add period each term. Please be aware that all students must have attended a Financial Manager training session in order to request an appointment.

 

Schedule a meeting with Joanne for WesNest training/questions, New Student Orientation, Leadership Development Programs, Student Organization advisement, goal setting or succession planning.  

Schedule a meeting with Lisa for help with Credit Card appointments (make sure you have submitted a purchase request first!), Student Group Finance and university policies, budget procedures, and also to discuss any student organization needs.

Schedule a meeting with Shelissa for help with Events, WesNest, Room Request (EMS), and Host Training.

Schedule a meeting with Simbarashe for help with any WSA Forms and procedures, Credit Card Appointments (make sure you have submitted a purchase request first!), or any general questions about our office.

 

 

NOTE: If you need to make a purchase over $2,000 please email sald@wesleyan.edu at least four business days before your appointment. The funds must be in your WesNest account prior to your appointment or the purchases cannot be made. We are located in Room 104 in the Usdan Campus Center. If you have questions about appointments, please use the aforementioned email.  Please be advised that appointment days are subject to change.
