Students interested in a major in the area of East Asian studies must apply to the CEAS during the spring semester of their first year.

Each spring, the CEAS Chair will offer presentations about CEAS at introductory Chinese, Japanese, and Korean language classes.

The deadline is Tuesday, March 31, 2015

Accepted students will be notified no later than Monday, April 6, 2015. You should continue to work wioth your current adviser through the preregistration process, and will shift to a new CEAS adviser for the following Fall.

We expect to welcome virtually all applicants into the College’s early years, and look forward to your input in shaping the CEAS as it grows.
