Free Office Supply Swap 

Online in OneSource and in-person in 284 High St. basement (Bailey College of the Environment)

The Sustainability Office and Purchasing Office, in partnership with Facilities, are excited to introduce the Office Supply Swap, a new, free program that will allow employees and students to share and exchange gently used office supplies instead of purchasing new items—reducing waste while saving resources.

As we prepare for the launch of the Office Supply Swap in OneSource in Summer 2026, we are seeking donations of unused and gently used office materials from departments. We are accepting a wide range of supplies, including: 

Basic Office Supplies 

  • Binders
  • Folders
  • Dividers 
  • Paper products (copy paper, legal pads, notebooks, index cards, sheet protectors) 
  • Desk supplies (pens, markers, highlighters, rulers, paper clips, binder clips, staplers, staple removers)
  • Envelopes
  • Labels, label makers, and label tape
Organization & Storage 
  • Desk organizers
  • Drawer organizers
  • Pen holders
  • File organizers and storage bins
Electronics & Accessories
  • Keyboards
  • Mice
  • Desk lamps
  • Extension cords
  • Shelves
  • Whiteboards

Your contributions are essential to making this initiative successful by helping extend the life of existing materials and reducing unnecessary purchasing across campus.
