Time and Time Off Recording
All time each week must be reported to the employee's supervisor prior to noon each Monday morning of the week following. Employees should discuss with their supervisor about the methods of submitting time and how time should be reported.
Time Off Usage
Employees can view their time usage within the Time and Time Off Recording module in their Employee Portfolio. Each Friday, the ATS is updated from payroll to record any time used within the prior work week as reported on your timesheet. The time reported is then posted in the Paid Time-Off (PTO) Balance display within your employee portfolio.
All time is tracked by the week. Discrepancies should be reported to your department's time processor.
