Office Hours:
Any time that my door is open. MWF 10:30-12 and TuTh 1:30-3 are guaranteed.
Research Interests:
My main interests are associated with the macroscopic mechanics of quantum fluids. At low temperatures, it is possible for the quantum physics that is usually associated with atomic sized behavior to show up as unusual macroscopic fluid properties. I study these properties in liquid helium using acoustic techniques.
Scholarly Keywords:
Low Temperature Physics; Condensed Matter Physics; Fluid Dynamics; Acoustics; Thermodynamics; Instrumentation; Electronics;
