- CHEM 251 & 252 - Organic Chemistry I & II
- CHEM 257 - Intermediate Chemistry Lab
- CHEM 258 - Organic Chemistry Lab
- MATH 121 & 122 – Calculus I & II
- PHYS 113 & 116 – General Physics I & II ***
Upper-Level Requirements
- CHEM 337 & 338 - Physical Chemistry I & II
- CHEM 361 – Advanced Inorganic Chemistry
- CHEM 375 & 376 – Integrated Chemistry Lab I & II
- Two 300-level elective chemistry courses ****
- Two semesters of CHEM 521 – Chemistry Colloquium
- MATH 221 & 222 are recommended prior to CHEM 337 & 338
* Honors General Chemistry or prematriculation credit may substitute for CHEM 141/142.
** CHEM 152 is waived for students using advanced placement to enroll in CHEM 251.
*** PHYS 111 & 112 may substitute for PHYS 113 & 116.
**** Two accumulated credits of CHEM research tutorial may substitute for one elective.
