Fees to Attend
*Please make checks payable to Wesleyan University/GSAC and note HOT Schools on your payment.
There are two ways to participate in the Summer Institute: as a boarder who stays on campus, or as a commuter.
Boarding Includes:
- Breakfast: Tuesday thru Friday
- Lunch: Monday thru Friday
- Dinner: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
- Lodging (double occupancy): Monday thru Thursday (and Sunday on request)
- All conference fees and materials
Boarder Fees:
- Artists from the Connecticut Directory of Teaching and Performing Artists = $250
- Education Managers from CT Arts Organizations = $500
- Per Person = $900: We believe the HOT Approach advances most efficiently when teams attend the Institute together. To encourage this practice, HOT Schools will waive fees for the 4th member of each non-HOT School Team. (4 member team = $2,700 - Each team member must register at the per person rate - Fees for 4th team member will be waived.)
Note: Commuting is not recommended. Full participation in the Institute cannot be achieved when commuting.
Commuting Includes:
- Lunch: Monday thru Friday
- Dinner: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
- All conference fees and materials
Commuter Fees:
- Artists from the Connecticut Directory of Teaching and Performing Artists = $0
- Education Managers from CT Arts Organizations = $300
- Per Person = $700
Note: The non-HOT School Team 4th member discount applies only to boarding teams. There is no discount for commuting teams.
