Wesleyan Application Checklist (WesCheck) 

If you have filed an application to Wesleyan you may return to this link to check on the status of your file.  The form is updated nightly so you may track your application materials over time. When you return, remember to have your Wesleyan ID number (WesID) handy to log into the form.

Note: Schools forms submitted electronically will only be added to WesCheck after we have received your electronic Common Application.

Given the Early Decision Option 1 deadline (November 15th), the Admission Office is processing incoming mail in a timely way. Please note that it may take anywhere between 4-5 business days to open and process this material. Anything filed electronically is not instantaneous and will be updated within 24-48 hours of receipt. 

Wesleyan notifies all applicants electronically for all admission decisions.  Instructions on how to view your online decision letter will be sent via e-mail prior to the notification date.  Related materials will be mailed to students who are admitted, deferred or waitlisted.   For those students whose applications are denied, letters will be available online only.
