Large Format Printing

Rate
$4.00 per square foot
Lead Time
While it doesn't take long to print the typical file, we do need to fit it into our schedule. Please let us know when you need the poster and we will let you know the latest we can receive it. Please make sure your file is set to the size you would like printed. Resizing takes time and can delay delivery.
Size
We stock paper in 44" rolls. Please make sure your width or length is 43" or less, to account for margins.
Paper Options
Our stock paper is a Satin finish 10 mil paper and 35lb heavyweight, coated paper (130g/m) with a matte finish.
File Format
We accept PDF and TIFF files. If you are using special characters or additional language fonts please send the file as a TIFF.

Meeting Your Deadlines
We understand the importance of meeting deadlines. If you are planning a large project with a specific deadline and would like to reserve time on our printing calendar contact us at printing@wesleyan.edu Include details of the job, billing information, and the deadline date. We will contact you to tell you when we must receive your job to make your deadline happen. We will also order materials and block off time in our print calendar to ensure that your project remains a top priority.
Approving Your Proofs/Quality of Image
At your request we will produce a sample printing for your approval. We will not proceed with the job until you are satisfied and sign off on the sample.
Quality of Image
We provide 600 dpi copy images and 1200 dpi print images.
