DAC Learning Objects
The DAC is now making "learning objects" based on images produced by the DAC Digital Imaging Initiative. Designed to complement the use of original objects in the museum collection for direct instruction, at present these online resources comprise:
- Resources for comparative print study
- Navigable image of a Dürer print
In addition to the interactive resources listed above, museum pages of systematic groups of images and of images for Wesleyan courses represent selected objects from the DAC Collection in ways that also support online review and other study.
The DAC makes these learning objects available as part of its ongoing pedagogical work. More extensive learning objects are being produced elsewhere at Wesleyan by the Learning Objects Program to serve allied educational aims.
