Wesleyan requires all visitors (attendees to athletic events, performances and conferences) to be fully vaccinated and boosted. All visitors will need to provide proof of having been vaccinated. Arts

Center for the Arts hosts over 400 music, dance, theater, and visual arts events annually. Seasonal brochures are available online. 80% of events are free, and no ticket is higher than $35.

Rain or shine space nights- every Wednesday at 8pm in the academic year. ½ hour presentation, followed by a chance to observe through the telescopes

Academics

Audit a class – Subject to any conditions set by the instructor, permission to audit does not include permission to have tests, examinations, or papers read or graded. Wesleyan alumni and members of the community who are not registered students are permitted to audit undergraduate courses, subject to the following conditions:

·  That the presence of an auditor not compromise undergraduates' access to the course;

·  That the auditor receive permission of the instructor;

·  That the terms of the auditor's participation in the work of the course be mutually agreed upon in advance with the instructor;

·  That no academic credit be awarded to an auditor and no transcript issued.

Wesleyan Institute for Lifelong Learning
7-10 courses are offered each semester. These courses are offered at minimal cost, are not part of a degree-granting program, and are designed to offer topics of particular interest to members of our community. Special one-day courses on particular topics will be offered once each semester.

Graduate Liberal Studies
Wesleyan offers a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies (MALS) and the more advanced Master of Philosophy in Liberal Arts (MPhil), as well as non-degree graduate study. Courses are offered in visual arts, art history, creative and professional writing, literature, history, mathematics, film, government, education, biology, psychology, astronomy, and more.

Long Lane Farm
Student-run and collectively organized farm which grows produce for the North End Farmer’s Market, the St. Vincent de Paul Soup Kitchen, and Bon Appetit Dining Services.
Workdays every Saturday 10am-2pm while classes are in session.
Pumpkin fest: Every year hundreds of people from the Wesleyan and Middletown communities come out to Long Lane to celebrate the harvest with music, food, and crafts.
May Day: In early May come to Long Lane to celebrate the planting season and springtime. May Day features student bands, food, and a May pole.
