Our office hours will change for the summer starting on Monday June 5.  We will be available as follows:

  • Mondays – we will be working remotely and can be reached via email (graduateoffice@wesleyan.edu), phone, and can meet you on Zoom.
     
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays – one or both of us will be in the office on campus. Stop in or contact us via email (graduateoffice@wesleyan.edu).

  • Fridays – we will be closed on Fridays through Aug 4. Contact Wesleyan Public Safety if you have an emergency, 860-685-2345.

  • The University be closed for the following summer holidays:
    Juneteenth on Monday June 19
    Independence Day on Monday and Tuesday July 3-4

Student Academic Resources

Student Academic Resources (SAR) coordinates academic support for all students on campus.

Writing Support

The Shapiro Center for Writing offers support for the writing needs of graduate students. Visit the Writing Workshop for more information. The Shapiro Center for Writing is located at 116 Mount Vernon Street.   

Graduate Writing Retreat takes place annually during winter and spring break.  Graduate Writing Retreat is an all-day writing event for graduate students.  Students work on their own writing project in community with other graduate students.  Optional workshops on time management, goal-setting and organizing research are offered. Continental breakfast and lunch are included.  There is no cost to gradute students to attend.
