The Student Accounts Office is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges that students incur while attending Wesleyan. We're located on the 1st Floor of North College.

Walk-In Office Closed

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Student Account Office will be closed to visitors until further notice. We will respond to your questions remotely and encourage you to email your inquiries to student-accounts@wesleyan.edu. While email is our preferred method of communication at this time, you may leave a voicemail at (860) 685-3080.

During this time we are not accepting cash payments and strongly encourage all student account payments be made online.

Spring 2021 Due Date

Billing date January 11th with payment due February 11th - Enrollment in the optional Monthly Payment Plan begins 1/1/2021

Wesleyan’s online Student Account Center was recently upgraded to a new, simpler, and more customer-friendly student account management portal.
