The Student Accounts Office is primarily responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges that students incur while attending Wesleyan. The University Cashier, the Student Loan Office and WesCard, are also part of Student Accounts. The Student Accounts Office is located on the 1st Floor of North College.

Student Account Center activities occur in real-time, including enrollment in the monthly payment plan. Students log in via WesPortal and authroized participants log in at wesleyan.afford.com.

Walk-In Office Closed

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Student Account Office will be closed to visitors until further notice. We will respond to your questions remotely and encourage you to email your inquiries to student-accounts@wesleyan.edu. 2019 .pdf forms are now available in WesPortal. Forms have also been mailed to students’ home addresses and should be delivered by the end of January.
