Visiting Campus
Overnight Stays
Join us for an overnight visit and experience Wesleyan from a student’s perspective. Join your host for dinner and independently attend class the next day. Prospective senior high school and transfer students will be hosted for one night by a Wesleyan student from Sunday through Thursday nights. The program operates mid-September through the beginning of December. Overnights are also available to high school seniors and transfer students during the month of February. The end of March hosts a special overnight hosting program. Please notify the Office of Admission at least 2 weeks in advance of your interest in an overnight visit.
April hosting is open for admitted students ONLY. Upon receipt of notification of admission admitted students may arrange for overnight stays by calling the Office of Admission.
Students are asked to check-in at the reception desk in Admission with our Overnight Host Coordinator at 4:15 p.m. on the day of their visit. Students must bring the required Visitation Policy/Medical Permission Form when they come to campus. Overnight guests should bring a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, and funds for dining the following day.
To arrange an overnight stay, call Loreen Carta at (860) 685-2974 or Laura McQueeney at (860) 685-2972. You will need to provide your name, telephone number, WesID and a major of interest.
If you are being hosted independently with a Wesleyan student (not through the Office of Admission), you are required to properly register with the Public Safety Office.
