Winter Closing

As students begin making winter break plans, we ask that they remember all residential units (including program houses) must be vacated by Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 12:00 noon ET. Only students who have been pre-approved by the Office of Residential Life can remain in their rooms after Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 12:00 PM noon ET. 

Students who have not been pre-approved are not permitted in University Residences, including apartments and wood frame houses. Unapproved students will be asked to leave campus, will be charged with a Failure to Comply and be referred to the Community Standards Board.
 

Storage

The University offers limited storage to students who are identified as high-need per their financial aid package wherein there is an expected personal contribution of $7,000 or less.  Students who qualify for the limited storage offered by the university will receive information from student affairs prior to the end of each semester.

 There are a number of different storage options in and around the Middletown area that students can use for their storage needs.  The university does not specifically endorse any of the storage companies.
