Annual Performance Reviews and Compensation
The 2026 Annual Staff Performance Review will be available in Workday beginning April 1, 2026.
The first step is for staff to complete their self-review. Staff will receive a self-review task in their Workday inbox and must complete this step before supervisors can begin their assessment.
Once the self-review is submitted, supervisors will receive a task in their Workday inbox, which allows them to review their direct reports’ comments and provide their own remarks.
Human Resources will host Performance Review sessions for staff and supervisors. To register, visit Success at Wes.
Important Dates:
April 1 – May 31 - Staff and supervisors complete the review process in Workday. The review process must be completed in Workday before salary increases can be processed.
May 1 – June 8 - Cabinet members submit their salary recommendations.
June 9 – June 12 - President’s review of salary recommendations.
June 26 - (approximately) Supervisors receive approval from Cabinet members for staff salary increases.
- Supervisors must communicate salary increases to staff by June 29.
- Confirmation of new salaries will be available for staff to view in Workday on June 30. The first paycheck in July will include increases.
