WesThrives—Campus Survey

The University is taking stock of the mindset and well-being of our employees. In October 2022, we will conduct a campus-wide survey in partnership with ModernThink and Human Resources that will help us assess how things are going and identify opportunities for improvement.

Our WesThrives Campus Survey is an essential tool that will help us to better understand the quality of our work, culture, benefits, management, communications, and more. What we learn from this survey will enhance our efforts to create a thriving community that is built upon trust, collegiality, and open-mindedness.

On October 10, ModernThink will send a unique link to all faculty and staff that have been employed by the University as of July 1, 2022. This unique link cannot be shared. Please watch for this email from ModernThink, and if you do not receive it, call the ModernThink help line at (888) 684-4658. We ask that all surveys be completed by October 21.

This confidential survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete and can be done in multiple sittings. You will be able to save your answers along the way, so that you can log in as many times as you need to complete the survey. While the information you share will be strictly confidential, it will be shared with the University only in aggregate form.
