Wheaton World Wide Moving will coordinate with Human Resources to process the payment for services up to the employee’s relocation allowance amount.  If services exceed the eligible amount, payment for the remaining balance will be the employee’s responsibility.

Option 2:

The employee may choose to use a different mover or to relocate their belongings themselves. In this case, the University will reimburse the employee up to the employee’s relocation allowance amount. The employee must submit an itemized expense form along with original receipt(s) to Lauren Stumpf (lstumpf@wesleyan.edu) for processing. Reimbursement will not be processed without valid receipt(s).
