Course Withdrawal Form
Use this form to withdraw from a course after the drop/add period, but before the course withdrawal deadline. Withdrawal Form

Per Credit Form
Senior students in entering their final semester who have fulfilled all degree requirements except for the second half of their senior thesis, may enroll for that credit only in their final semester. Per Credit Form
Advanced Placement/International Baccalaureate Credit
Information about how to post Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and Advance-Level exams, as well as any college-level courses taken with college students and taught by a college teacher in a college setting. Permission to Transfer Credit

Education in the Field, Independent Study
Through an academic department and in partnership with an individual faculty advisor, students can receive credit for an experience in the field or work one-on-one with a faculty member on an independent research project. Major Declaration

Summer Language Form
