Late petition and application deadline for General Scholarship students who did not meet the spring deadline. Petition and full application must be filed by 4pm. |
| Final day of Drop/Add & registration for Fall thesis/essay tutorial. Register online for first half of your thesis tutorial (409) during Drop/Add. | |
| Sept 20, 2024 | Olin thesis carrel applications due online by 4 pm |
| Oct 2024 | Students who applied for thesis carrels can check WesPortal to view partner and carrel assignments. Keys must be picked up between Oct 14-25. |
| Jan 23, 2025 | EARLY Registration Deadline for December 2023 completions. Senior thesis writers who complete their degree requirements in December 2023 must electronically register their thesis by 4pm on this date. |
| Feb 5, 2025 | Final day of Drop/Add & registration for Spring thesis/essay tutorial and Work in Progress through Drop/Add System. Register for your second thesis tutorial (410). |
| April 14, 2025 | Thesis registration opens. |
| April 17, 2025 | Deadline to register senior thesis/essay, 4pm. Students pursuing honors are required to submit their honors thesis/essay electronically as a PDF file prior to the 4 pm deadline. |
| April 25, 2025 | Deadline for General Scholarship applications for class of 2025. |
| April 30, 2025 |
Departments return recommendations. All performances and exhibits completed. |
| May 2, 2025 |
Deadline for department chairs to make University Honors nominations and submit all supporting documentation to the Honors Coordinator in the Registrar's Office. Deadline is noon. |
