Late petition and application deadline for General Scholarship students who did not meet the spring deadline. Petition and full application must be filed by 4pm. |
| Final day of Drop/Add & registration for Fall thesis/essay tutorial. Register online for first half of your thesis tutorial (409) during Drop/Add. | |
| Sept 26, 2025 | Olin thesis carrel applications due. |
| Oct 2025 | Students who applied for thesis carrels can check WesPortal to view partner and carrel assignments. Keys must be picked up between Oct 22-Nov 7. |
| Jan 22, 2026 | EARLY Registration Deadline for December 2025 completers. Senior thesis writers who complete their degree requirements in December 2025 must electronically register their thesis by 4pm on this date. |
| Feb 4, 2026 | Final day of Drop/Add & registration for Spring thesis/essay tutorial and Work in Progress through Drop/Add System. Register for your second thesis tutorial (410). |
| April 13, 2026 | Thesis registration opens. |
| April 16, 2026 | Deadline to register senior thesis/essay, 4pm. Students pursuing honors are required to submit their honors thesis/essay electronically as a PDF file prior to the 4 pm deadline. |
| April 17-24, 2026 | Thesis correction tool is available for tutors to open. Students may submit minor corrections to their theses. The correction tool opens 4/17 at 9:00 am and closes 4/24 at 11:59 pm. |
| April 24, 2026 | Deadline for General Scholarship applications for Class of 2027. |
| April 29, 2026 |
Departments return recommendations. All performances and exhibits completed. |
| May 1, 2026 |
Deadline for department chairs to make University Honors nominations and submit all supporting documentation to the Honors Coordinator in the Registrar's Office. Deadline is noon. |
